Apple Acquires Beats Music And Beats Electronics For $3 Billion
In the realm of technology, the bigger shark swallows the smaller but only the disturbing fish around her. Apple has finally cranked up both Beats Music and Beats Electronics, an iconic radio service with the founders like rapper Dr. Dre and Jimmy Lovine. Reportedly, the two persons will also be included in Apple family as music and Audio hardware industry assets. Purchasing the Beats for $3 billion is the boldest deal Apple has ever made, with $2.6 billion in cash and $400 million in stock. It wasn’t that Apple wanted to bring a revolution with already streaming radio business and famous audio products like Bluetooth speakers, headphones etc. The competitors like Samsung have come to a stage where Smartphone accessories are being looked at more in a brand-conscious way than the performance only.
