CotoCube – Carbon Fiber Glow In The Dark Dice
It’s always been the dice, deciding good or bad luck for all of us. So, why not spend a little more on something that’s kinda important to us. Dice like CotoCube is what we call a unique gaming accessory. Jacob’s Well – Most Dangerous Diving Spot in Texas
From the above, standing on the edge, on the surface the sight is enduring. Jacob’s Well is a perennial karstic spring and a never ending dark hole, an abyss, this is the one leap that you wouldn’t want to take even a leap of faith. Jacob’s well is located in a Hill Country along with the bed of Cypress Creek in the northwest of Wimberley, Texas. Jacob’s Well is a perpetual artesian spring that nourishes Cypress Creek. It was primarily exposed to the people in 1850. This is indeed one of the most dangerous diving spots in the known world and it has already claimed more than eight lives so far but satirically this is one of the eye-catching, spectacular and extravagant diving spot for thrill seeking adrenaline wholehearted daredevil swimmers too. The opening is 4 meter in diameter. The cave vertically goes down to about 30 feet then the second shaft further goes down to 55 feet reaching to the depth of 80 feet and further reaching the massive full depth up to 40 meters, consisting of four separate chambers (fourth chamber is known as the virgin cave). In 1924 it was measured that 640 liters (170 gallons) of water comes out from the well every second. After the dozen deaths of trained scuba divers the cave was finally sealed off at the depth of 40 feet. The specially permitted technical divers are allowed now. It would have been a flourishing and successful swimming spot for tourists attraction if it had not become too much of a graveyard, illustrated by the local diver Don Dibble. It is a part of a subversive aqua flow classification with natural spring water forcing its way to the exterior all the way through absorbent limestone. The well is a motivation to divers, scientists and artists as well as a great mystery. Few are terrified but many are haggard to it, this is a part of its mythology. Jacob’s Well is the spirit of life, creating water every day for thousands of years. For those who are not in diving, this is a perfect romantic picnic spot for everyone to enjoy. A Prototype to Turn Dads Into Jungle Gyms
A Japanese Artist Atsushi Shiraishi came up with an idea to make kids more active and close to their parents at the same time but for this to work, dads had to turn into Jungle Gyms. Athletitti is a portmanteau of athletic and chichi (japanese for father, respelled here by the designer). It involves physical activities like tossing, flips, throws are all good for your kid and necessary for loving and caring physical contact. Athletitti, a wearable jungle gym is a good way for dads to bond with their kids. It’s a radical redesign for children’s play equipment, the supporting material is made up of leather, with multiple ropes wound around it that kids can use to climb, stand, and hang all over your body, turning the kids’ play time into a parent-child bonding moment. Amazing news for Lego and The Simpsons fans: Lego has revealed the new upcoming collection of Lego The Simpson toys by teaming up with Twentieth Century Fox and designed a house for the whole family. The set has the six iconic Simpson family characters (Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, Maggie and the lovely neighbor Ned Flanders). The set comprises of the iconic house with the operational garage and the pink family sedan along with. A special LEGO episode of The Simpsons was also aired on FOX in May 2014 portraying the Springfield and the cast in LEGO form.

Highlights from the 2014 Sony World Photography Awards Shortlist

Sony and WPO (World Photography Organization) have pronounced the shortlist for the 2014 Sony World Photography Awards. The photos were selected from 139,544 images submitted by the 166+ countries in professional, open and youth categories. It is the highest turnout in the seven year history of the WPO. From May 1-18, all the shortlist images will be displayed at Somerset House, London. It is the part of the 2014 Sony World Photography Awards Exhibition. Step into the Void: Don’t Look Down
Last week, the “Step into the Void” glass installation onto the precipice top of Aiguille du Midi Mountain (93842m), France was inaugurated and visited by a bunch of press personnel and employees. It is a small room jutting out from the top terrace having three walls, floor and ceiling all made of 12mm thick glass in complete safety and situated in Chamonix Valley, facing ahead the giant Mount Blanc, the highest mountain of the Alps series. A stunning view of the white Alps lets the tourists control their vertigo, experience great delight and get goose bumps much to their adventurous skywalk of 1035m open space under their feet. Inspired by the ‘Skywalk’ built in Grand Canyon in Arizona USA, the structure is designed by Pierre Yves Chays, reachable by the cable car and is opened for public now. [VIA]
