They created a giant 20:1 replica of 50-cent Euro coin and place then with normal life size real objects and photographed. The result was an illusion of miniature objects while coin was looking real.   • Creative Wedding Card

    Hat tip to this creative wedding card, created by Christine and Ian to create their wedding invitations. They’ve used cards, strings, buttons and stamps to create their creative wedding cards. Also one piece of card is having an invitation line created by paper cut art. “Ian designed the main invitation card beautifully and spent hours and hours at TechShop on the laser cutter. It took twenty minutes for every four cards. The kraft backings were also laser cut. Using an Xacto knife, the trees were punched out carefully and bent forward to create the 3D effect. The front cards were then sewn to the kraft backings with a sewing machine.”

    Beautiful art of exploding flowers created by Qi Wei is something that you’ve never seen before. inspired partially by Todd McLellan’s Disassembly series Qi Wei says: “The act of disassembly (I hesitate to use the term dissection because this series is not meant to be a scientific treatise) lays bare the various shapes and textures of the flowers, and what is interesting to me is how much more expanded some flowers can get when they are disassembled – the relative surface area to size of a rose is so much greater compared to a larger flower like the sunflower.”

  • Amazing Origami Art on Water

    Video is composed of a series of 15 video clips showing micro-bends in silver paper open and close slowly to the surface of the water. These forms aside from a few centimeters from geometric figures cut by a machine controlled by computer. They have a short life. The forces that drive them do not meet the laws of gravity but most imperceptible phenomena such as capillarity and surface tension which exists between the liquid and paper.
