These Sci-Fi Cars Are The Best Future We Can Possibly Imagine
Passion of art when spiced up with photoshop mastery, we expect wonders. Khyzyl Saleem was only 17 when his father had come up with a copy of software and since then Saleem’s been creating that is enough for racing cars enthusiasts, war planes dreamers and concept vehicles seen in blockbuster video games to get over Hollywood fantasy cars. Khyzyl Saleem paints the car. But, there is a ‘but’. He puts life in his paintings. Redesigning Bat Mobile, Vampirella, the Gateway Spaceship, McLaren P1 are few of the whole series. The exploits on photoshop by this Manchester-based artist has started a battle between old and new. You will find how sci-fi robotic cars could unleash the more beauty if his ideas finally come to materialize.

“Blended Reality” Is the Next Big Thing in Tech and HP Is Ready
Hp has launched Sprout,a new type of device that combines a computer, projector, and scanner into one machine. It replaces the keyboard and mouse with a 20-point, 20-inch projected touchpad (which HP calls a touch mat). The all-in-one PC which even looks futuristic, has a modern Core i7 CPU with 1 TB of storage, a NVIDIA GeForce GT 745A graphics, 8GB of RAM, a 23-inch touchscreen, and Windows 8.1. The large 20-inch touchpad supports 20-point multi-touch (so more than one person can use it at once). Visor-like appendage sprouts out the top of the Sprout, which HP calls the HP Illuminator. Within, there are three different systems: an Intel RealSense 3D camera (which is a lot like Kinect), a 14.6-megapixel camera, and an HP DLP projector – this little guy beams down different images onto the mat such as a keyboard or launches Sprout-specific applications (which require a separate SDK). Also an LED desk lamp in there. The touchpad is made of a special material that is invisible/transparent to the cameras. The touchmat can summon a digital keyboard and also moonlight as a digital canvas with a variety of different applications. The mat itself magnetically connects to the base and has three capacitive buttons to summon the keyboard, launch the applications window, or turn off the mat’s capacitive touch. You can also use the Sprout as a traditional PC, by removing the mat with just a tug. The coolest trick that you can do with it is to scan objects and manipulate them in 2D or 3D with its 3D scanner, allowing you to easily “upload” objects into the Sprout just by placing them on the mat. HP says, “the Sprout is the first product in a new “Blended Reality” lineup that’s meant to re-envision the interface between real and virtual, analog and digital”.

Fontus Self-Filling Bottle Condenses Air into Drinking Water
Fontus Self-Filling Bottle creates water out of thin air and this is no magic but science. There is water in the air around us at every moment. While this may not seem very significant if you live in a water-rich area, this untapped resource could benefit everyone from athletes on the go to people living in arid areas of the world. It works by collecting moisture from humid air and condensing it into safe drinking water. It is powered by solar cells, and is capable of harvesting up to 0.5 litres of water in one hour’s time, provided the climatic conditions are conducive. After more than 30 experiments, the creator Kristof Retezar finally achieved a constant drop-flow of one drop of condensed water per minute and after developing a functioning inner system, designed a compact and practical hull which can be easily attached to a bicycle, integrates the water bottle and can be comfortably handled. The device can be attached to your bicycle, allowing you to venture to areas where water supply is scarce creating a convenient sport accessory. With more than 2 billion people in more than 40 countries living in regions with water scarcity, this simple device is a wonderful way to offer them some relief.
