  • BMW i Vision Future Interaction

    BMW i Vision Future Interaction

BMW Vision Future Interaction is the concept that closes the list of the novelties presented by the manufacturer at CES 2016. The car is based on the i8 Spyder and brings a range of new technologies for the interior, redesigned perspective of autonomous driving.

First comes a 21-inch widescreen display mounted on the dashboard that once enabled autonomous driving, will be the center of entertainment on board, allowing access to the internet for any operation, from reading the email to navigation through the vision of video. Stylish and aggressive, the Fiat 500 Abarth also proves practical with an MSRP listed below $25,000 and excellent fuel economy with 28/34 MPG city/highway.

Don’t be fooled by its diminutive appearance. The Abarth’s high-performance, 1.4-liter turbocharged inline-four cylinder engine hits up to 160 horsepower and is paired with a five-speed manual and sport-tuned suspension.

To spice up the vintage look, the Abarth comes standard with 16-inch alloy wheels, a leather upholstered dashboard, a Bose audio system, and of course, the signature scorpion logo. Optional features include two-tone leather seats, a cloth fold-back top, red or white racing body stripes, and 17-inch wheels.

Alfa Romeo has plans to make at least 2,500 models per year of the sleek, sexy Alfa Romeo 4C. This coupe follows behind the 8C as the only Alfa to be hitting U.S. soil in the coming year.

Featuring a mid-engine chassis, rear-wheel drive, and a strikingly light carbon-fiber exterior, this turbocharged, 240-horsepower performer satiates any foreign sports car lover’s lust.

The estimated MSRP currently stands at a striking $84,000, pinning it against the Porsche Cayman and Lotus Evora.

Following in the footsteps of the i3, the BMW i8 is the second plug-in hybrid vehicle in BMW’s “i” lineup. Yet, unlike the suburban-friendly i3, the i8 is the first sports car that delivers progressive alternative fuel technology.

The i8 operates with a mid-mounted, 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-three cylinder engine that powers the rear wheels and a lithium-ion battery pack-powered electric engine that powers the front wheels for a combined 357 horsepower. To counteract the additional weight of the battery, the i8’s exterior uses a carbon fiber shell.

With its exotic look, wing doors, and luxury interior treatment, the i8 is supernaturally fun to drive. However, if the near $136,000 price tag exceeds your budget, check out some KBB cars for sale to start saving; you can buy two nifty hybrids there for less.

    Ford Transit Skyliner Concept
5 Incredible Rides You Need Now (2)

No one has ever said, “don’t judge a book by its cover” for car purchases. However, the 2015 Ford Transit Skyliner Concept is the exception.

Ford enlisted Galpin Auto Sports to spiff up its Transit Skyliner van so that the van would be less cheesy than a party bus, yet feel far more relaxed than a limo or executive sedan. Behind the driver’s section, this Skyliner features wood floors; four adjustable, captain bucket seats made of leather; a wine bar; a refrigerator; a Focal Utopia 7.2 surround sound system; motorized window shades; LED mood lighting; and the real clincher, a 52-inch, drop-down movie projector screen.

Sadly, Ford doesn’t really have plans to manufacture this swanky Skyliner Concept. However, Galpin might be willing to reproduce this stunner if you ask.

    Jaguar F-TYPE S

It’s been around 40 years since Jaguar produced a sports car. With the F-TYPE S, brand enthusiasts are celebrating the company’s return.

If you can pick your jaw up from the floor long enough to get into the car, you’ll find a supercharged V6 in the coupe that delivers 380 horsepower with Jaguar’s renowned smoothness. With a V8 in the convertible, the powertrain’s abilities extend to 550 horsepower.

The F-Type S costs less than the Alfa Romeo 4C, but at $77,000 MSRP, this speedy, gorgeous car might look better at a distance. Still, if you get to experience the buttery leather as the power spoiler pops at 50 miles per hour, enjoy our envy.

Many of these rides exceed most budgets, but there’s no doubt they’d top anyone’s dream list. Start filling your piggy bank, or go for the more affordable prize performers.
