The Japanese SEL (Semiconductor Energy Laboratory) has developed aFlexible High Definition CAAC-OS Display exhibited in the FPD 2013 Electronics Trade Show in Japan last month. However, a new type of material called C-Axis Aligned Crystal (CAAC) is used in the making of this OLED bendable display.
